N.R.S. 293.750 - Removal or destruction of election supplies or equipment

This section prohibits the removal or destruction of election supplies or equipment.
Statute
Any person who, during an election, removes or destroys any of the supplies or equipment placed in the booths or compartments or removes or defaces the cards of instruction posted as prescribed by this chapter is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.

1. Definition for Person
1. A natural person;
2. Any form of business or social organization;
3. Any nongovernmental legal entity, including, without limitation, a corporation, partnership, association, trust, unincorporated organization, labor union, committee for political action, political party and committee sponsored by a political party; or
4. A government, governmental agency or political subdivision of a government.
