Overview of Statute
This section empowers the Secretary of State to adopt regulations for elections for the office of Representative in Congress.
Statute
The Secretary of State shall adopt such regulations as are necessary for conducting elections pursuant to the provisions of NRS 304.200 to 304.250, inclusive.

1. Definition for State
A state of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
