N.R.S. 304.065 – Certain population counts involving state inmates must be used for apportionment of congressional districts

Statute

The population counts for every block, block group and census tract as revised by the State Demographer pursuant to NRS 360.288 must be used for the apportionment of congressional districts.

Definition [State]

A state of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
