Description
The Governor and Secretary of State suspended the requirement that each county operate at least one polling place for in-person voting; directed state and local officials to take all necessary steps to conduct upcoming elections by mail, to identify and establish secure mail ballot drop box locations, to allow county election boards to open and process ballots sooner, to send prepaid mail ballot application forms to all registered voters, and to provide an ExpressVote device in the county courthouse.
