N.R.S. 293C.355 – Applicability of provisions

This section states the criteria of cities for which NRS 293C.355 to 293C.361 apply.

Statute

The provisions of NRS 293.5772 to 293.5887, inclusive, relating to early voting and the provisions of NRS 293C.355 to 293C.361, inclusive, apply to a city only if the governing body of the city has provided for early voting by personal appearance pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 293C.110.

Definition [Person]

1.  A natural person;

2.  Any form of business or social organization;

3.  Any nongovernmental legal entity, including, without limitation, a corporation, partnership, association, trust, unincorporated organization, labor union, committee for political action, political party and committee sponsored by a political party; or

4.  A government, governmental agency or political subdivision of a government.
