N.R.S. 293C.256 – Absent ballot or ballot voted in mailing precinct to be voted on paper ballot

This section requires absentee voters and voters in a mailing precinct to vote on a paper ballot.
Statute
An absent ballot for a city election or a ballot for a city election voted by a voter who resides in a mailing precinct must be voted on a paper ballot.

A ballot voted by a person who expects to be or is absent from the polling place for his or her precinct or district on election day.
