N.R.S. 293.460 - Compensation of officers of election board, deputy sheriffs and other employees

This section provides for compensation of officers of election boards, deputy sheriffs and other employees.

Statute

The compensation of voting board officers, counting board officers, specially appointed deputy sheriffs, election board officers and other employees must be fixed by county or city ordinance, resolution or order.

The persons appointed by each county or city clerk to assist in the conduct of an election.

Definition [Board]

As used in NRS 295.075 to 295.125, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “board” means the board of county commissioners.
