N.R.S. 293.153 - Number of members of state central committee

Overview of Statute

This section determines the number of state central committee members.

Statute

The state central committee of each major political party shall consist of as many registered voters affiliated with the party as may be determined by the state convention of the party, but there must be at least one member from each county in the State.

Any minor or major political party.

An elector who has completed the procedure prescribed by law for registration as a voter.

The county or the state authority of a major political party.

Any organization which qualifies as such pursuant to NRS 293.128.
